Consultancy tariffs
1. The initial introduction (free till 15/04/05) includes a meeting at the prospective client's home discussing and structuring a bespoke course of lessons designed to combine the requirements of the client with the learning experience. This should last around 30 minutes.

2. The hourly rate of £45/hour is charged for all courses.

3. There are minimum costs for dinner/lunch/niche cooking lessons which are explained in the course descriptions, and are to allow enough time to cover the areas of tuition, preparation and cooking covered. These will inevitably vary in accordance with the additions brought about by individual client requirements. Such lessons may also be subject to minimum hours as required by individual menus.

Courses are available abroad.

Rates for these courses depend on location and duration of the course, and are subject to a minimum of 2 days duration.
