Welcome!
Do you need to organise a party, or a buffet, and need some help? Or have you been to a great restaurant and wondered if you could prepare such a special meal yourself? Or are you curious to learn professional chef skills, but don't want to travel to a class, or learn in a big group?

Now you can: I can teach you in your kitchen!
Having studied in the best French academies, trained and worked in Michelin star restaurants and others, both here and abroad, I want to share the skills and experience I have gained. Not only that: you have the opportunity to learn in your own kitchen as I have developed these courses to be taught at home.

All the courses are based on French techniques and recipes (although menus are international) and can be tailored for dietary or religious needs. You can also choose between an introductory lesson, a full dinner menu for up to 20 people, or a buffet for up to 50 - the challenge is up to you!

The experience will bring new adventures to your kitchen, in the relaxed atmosphere of your own home.
